Annette (Thibault) Erickson




After graduating i went up to USU for a year, majoring in Psychology. I then realized i didn't want to do that so i changed to Culinary Arts. I Spent 2 years deciding what to do with my life as well as completing an online degree in culinary arts. I then met my wonderful husband one night on LDS chat though we like to say we met at the Mall.We were married 6 years ago on Aug 21. We Have 2 beautiful children. Alek who is 4 and Sydney who is almost 2. James works at Smith International and i work part time at Brick Oven. I like working part time at Brick Oven where i usually make all the deserts. What I love about only working part time is being able to spend the rest of the time with my sweet kids.
